Welcome to Gideon School District 37

Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan (SRCSP)

Gideon No. 37 School District Lead in Drinking Water Sampling and Testing Plan

The Gideon No. 37 School District exists to help all students realize their worth and potential by providing a safe, caring, rigorous and engaging learning environment that prepares them to be career and college ready. Our community is committed to educational excellence by continuously improving every aspect of our performance and empowering our students to command their future.

We support virtual learning to prepare them for their future.  Virtual instruction can be an effective education option for some students. The district may offer virtual courses to students through district staff or by contracting for those services as part of the district-sponsored curriculum. In addition, enrollment in virtual courses will follow the steps described in Virtual Instruction Board Policies IGCD and IGCD-AP(1). MOCAP registration will be August 5th thru August 16 from 8:00 - 11:30 am and 1 - 3:30  pm. Registration is 10 days prior to the start of the second semester.

We strive to foster the development and well-being of the whole child. Our success requires shared responsibility, collaboration and communication among all staff, families, students, and the community. Learning environments must be safe and supportive, with equity of opportunities for personal growth. All students can and will learn.

Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow
